so i would love to know about perrin crank pullies and what one would work

Weight reduction is key to making the best use of any available HP and torque. In no place on our vehicle is this more important than the rotating mass found in the engine. The PERRIN PerformanceTM Crank Pulley is 4-pounds lighter than the stock crank pulley. This reduction is equal to removing more than 100 lbs of vehicle weight! Throttle response, horsepower and torque are all increased with this easy to install product!

They will work but there is one I found that weighs only 1 lb. It's the lightest one i've found. Go on ebay and look up agency power crank pully. It's $115 shipped.

a lightened crank pulley does make a difference. Not to noticeable with the AT's but for the manuals you definitely notice a quicker rev...

I thought I noticed a difference on my SVX (still auto).... Mind you think how much rotating mass of the fluid flywheel you got.
